We recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead, and earlier for weddings, holidays, and Sprinter van service. For rides within the next 2 hours, please call or text us directly so we can confirm availability right away.
Every request is reviewed personally, and your ride is confirmed once we reply by text or email.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup are free. For cancellations inside 24 hours, or if your chauffeur arrives and the ride doesn't take place, a charge may apply. We'll always tell you before confirming your booking.

Airport pickups: we track your flight in real time and adjust your pickup for early or late arrivals, so flight delays never cost you extra.
All other pickups: your chauffeur arrives early and waits 15 minutes past your scheduled time at no charge. If you think you'll need longer, just let us know when you book or text us on the day.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment details are arranged when we confirm your reservation, never through this website. The fare you're quoted is the fare you pay. Gratuity is optional and at your discretion.
Yes, on request. Please note the number of seats and your child's age in the Special Requests field when booking so we can confirm availability. You're also welcome to bring your own.
Sedan: up to 3 passengers and about 3 checked bags. SUV: up to 6 passengers, with more luggage space when fewer seats are filled. Sprinter Van: up to 12 passengers with generous luggage room.

Each vehicle has a flat base fare covering the first 15 miles, with a published per-mile rate beyond that. Airport trips, special events, and group service carry the surcharges listed in our quote calculator. There is never surge pricing.
